Shootout Registration

Thank you for your interest in the Spring Grove Lumberjax Shootout.

If you would like to register each team in your club individually please select "1" for the number of teams that you are registering.

You may also register multiple teams from your club by selecting the number of teams that you would like to register.

You will need the Name, Cell Number and Email of the coach for each team that you are registering.

There is also an optional game day contact listed. This will be used the day of the tournament if we need to contact an individual team.

Please enter the A/B level for each team. We understand that that you may need to change the level and we will accept changes until 4/15. Knowing the level at registration time will help us plan field usage.
